Short version: we collect an email address if you give us one, and the documents you send if you buy. We use them to do the job and nothing else.
Your email address, if you enter it to unlock a Leverage Score result or to receive the case study. The free check itself needs no email.
Your name, if you give it when requesting the case study.
The figures you type into the calculator. These are worked out in your browser. If you then submit your email, the headline figure and which branch you used go with it, so we know what you asked about.
Your documents, only if you buy — typically a renewal notice, a tenancy contract, an Ejari certificate, or the listings you are comparing.
Standard web logs kept by our host, including IP address and browser type, as on any website.
Your email is used to send what you asked for, and occasional notes when something in Dubai tenancy actually changes. Not daily, and not a sequence designed to wear you down. One click to leave, and we do not chase.
Your documents are used to produce your file and nothing else. Not published, not shared, not sold, not used as examples. The samples on this site were written for publication, not taken from a customer.
Ask us to delete your documents after delivery and we will, the same day.
Our payment provider handles checkout. Card details go to them and never reach us — we cannot see them, store them, or charge you again.
Our email provider stores your address in order to send you mail.
Our host keeps the server logs described above.
Meta, if you arrived from one of our ads. Their pixel records that a visit and a sign-up happened, so we know which ads are worth paying for. It does not receive your documents.
Nobody else. We do not sell data, and nobody pays us for access to you.
Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
Documents for as long as needed to deliver your file and settle any refund question, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
Server logs for whatever period our host retains them by default.
Tell you what we hold. Correct it. Delete it. Stop emailing you. Send you a copy of what you gave us.
Email hello@tenqira.com and we will do it within a few days. No reason needed, and asking will not affect anything you have bought.
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you arrived from one of our ads, Meta's pixel sets its own — block it in your browser or through Meta's ad settings and nothing here will stop working.
