What you are buying, and what we promise.

A worked file, produced from documents you send us, plus a set of templates and tools. You send your renewal notice and tenancy contract, or the listings you are choosing between. We work your file and email it back within one business day, or the same day if you tell us you are about to sign.

You receive your Verdict as a PDF, the Savings Ledger and calculators as editable spreadsheets, and the letters as Word documents you complete and send yourself. Nothing is locked, watermarked or view-only.

We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you. What you get is educational material and document templates.

We do not contact your landlord or agent. Every message goes from your address, in your name. Corresponding on your behalf edges into regulated representation, and we hold that line deliberately.

We cannot get your rent reduced. Nobody can. The rules cap what a landlord may add at renewal and say nothing about taking any away. A reduction is agreed, never owed.

If the sums involved warrant a lawyer, we will say so rather than take your money.

Dubai residential tenancy only. Other emirates run under different rules that we have not researched to a standard we would publish, and applying Dubai assumptions elsewhere would be worse than offering nothing.

Commercial tenancies, eviction proceedings and matters already before the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre are outside what we do.

One payment of AED 299. No subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel. Checkout is handled by our payment provider; your card details never reach us.

We begin work once payment clears and we have your documents. If your documents do not arrive we will ask once, and refund if we cannot proceed.

Before you send your documents. If you have paid but not yet sent anything, ask and we will refund you in full. Nothing has been done yet.

If what we deliver is wrong. If your file contains an error, is incomplete, or is not what this page described, tell us. We will correct it, tell you what changed, and refund you if the mistake mattered.

After delivery. The files are digital and yours to keep once sent, so we do not refund simply because you have changed your mind after receiving them. That is the trade for handing over documents you can use immediately and repeatedly.

Nothing here removes rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Use them for your own tenancy, as many times as you like, for as long as you like. Adapt them, rename them, send them under your own name — that is the point of them.

What you may not do is resell them, publish them, or distribute them as your own product or service. They took a long time to research and they are how we make a living.

Everything we publish carries the date it was written. Fees change, index figures change, market conditions change. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

When something turns out to be wrong we correct it openly rather than quietly editing the page. If an error in your file mattered, tell us and we will fix it, tell you what changed, and refund you.

We take responsibility for the work: that we look properly, that our figures trace to a source, and that we tell you honestly when there is nothing to find.

We are not responsible for what you choose to send, what your landlord decides, or for a decision you take on your own tenancy. Our liability in any event is limited to what you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. Changes apply to purchases made after that date, not retrospectively.
